Clothing Return & Exchange Policy
Clothing items may be eligible for exchange or store credit only if the item meets the requirements below.
To request an exchange or store credit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Clothing Return Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, clothing items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In original condition
- Free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, and damage
- Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your exchange or store credit request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Labuenavidaus@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and provide next steps.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
- Coffee Cleanse products
- Consumable products
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked final sale
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, or altered items
- Items with odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or missing packaging/tags when applicable
Coffee Cleanse Final Sale Policy
Coffee Cleanse is a consumable product. For health and safety reasons, all Coffee Cleanse sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on Coffee Cleanse products once the order has been placed.
If your Coffee Cleanse order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will notify you once the issue has been reviewed.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
For clothing, exchanges are subject to availability.
If the size or item you want is unavailable, we may offer store credit instead.
Size & Fit
Please review our LBV Size & Fit Guide before placing your order. Fit may vary depending on body shape, fabric stretch, and style. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.
