Clothing Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident with your La Buena Vida purchase. Clothing items may be eligible for exchange or store credit only if they meet the requirements below.

Return / Exchange Requirements

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.
• Items must be free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, and damage.
• Original tags and packaging must be included when available.
• Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items
• Items marked final sale
• Worn, washed, or used items
• Items without original packaging or tags, when applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide next steps.

Important Fit Note
Please review the size guide and product details before ordering. Because fit can vary by body type and style, we recommend checking the measurements and model fit notes before purchasing.

Coffee Cleanse is a consumable product. For health and safety reasons, all Coffee Cleanse sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on Coffee Cleanse products once the order has been placed.
