Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other carrier delays.

Coffee Cleanse Shipping
Coffee Cleanse orders are shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Bundle promotions may include free shipping when stated on the product page or promotion.

Clothing Shipping
Clothing orders are shipped from our available inventory. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. La Buena Vida is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, please use your tracking number to contact the carrier for updates.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
